Independent ATM deployer YourCash has signed a new seven-figure deal with Transaction Network Services (TNS) which will see TNS handle the majority of the transactions and communications from its 5000 strong ATM estate across the UK, Netherlands and Belgium.

TNS has established a resilient, secure connection into YourCash’s chosen processor VocaLink, and will provide YourCash with a full range of fully managed end-to-end solutions, including TNSLink, to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of its ATM estate.

Bill Raynal, Chief Operating Officer of YourCash, said: “Our partnership with TNS will allow us to more effectively manage our European ATM estate and deliver substantial benefits, including high levels of ATM uptime and reliable access to cash for consumers. TNS has a strong reputation in the market and making this strategic decision allows us to utilise TNS’ innovative and proven technology. We’re looking forward to working with the team as we continue to expand our business.”

TNS is a global member of the ATMIA board and currently provides services to more than 85,000 ATMs around the world, supporting every manufacturer and connecting to over 400 payment-specific authorisation hosts worldwide.

Lisa Shipley, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of TNS’ Payment Network Solutions, said: “We’re delighted to be extending our relationship with YourCash and taking on the responsibility for their multi-country ATM estate.

“We have more than two decades’ experience working within the ATM sector and are skilled at deploying multiple technologies which address the many different needs inherent within a diverse ATM network. As a one-stop shop we appreciate our customers’ critical pain points and have built  a comprehensive bundle of solutions that provide access to multiple geographies and processors and cater to high traffic locations as well as hard to reach sites.”

TNSLink enables secure, high-speed, one-way and bi-directional connectivity for non-branch ATMs. The fully managed service reduces capital and operating costs, and wireless installations can be augmented with special SIMs that link to multiple telco networks and automatically select the carrier based on the strongest data signal.

TNS’ technology is based on a specialised architecture and message handling. It provides high availability with back-up and flexible routing capabilities. The TNSOnline portal gives operators full end-to-end visibility into their estate with a wealth of real-time management and troubleshooting information.

TNS is a Level 1 PCI DSS certified service provider and its secure network is supported 24x7x365 by its Network Operating Centres around the world.

With a strong payments heritage and more than 20 years of expertise, TNS now provides services in more than 60 countries across the Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. For more information about TNS, please visit www.tnsi.com.
